Seacoast Kettlebell is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with HYROX Fitness Racing! Prepare to elevate your fitness game with our six-week HYROX Training Camp, designed to boost your strength and endurance while preparing you for an HYROX challenge.

What to Expect:

Starting June 21, 2025, you will join us every Saturday at 8:45 AM for intensive training sessions that will push your limits and enhance your performance. Each week, we’ll focus on a variety of essential exercises, including heavy sled pushes, sled pulls, wall balls, walking lunges, and the farmer’s walk, preparing you for every event in a HYROX fitness race. To maximize your progress, you’ll also have “homework” to complete on your off days, ensuring you stay on track and continue to build your skills.

The Grand Finale:

All your hard work will culminate in The SKB HYROX Challenge on Saturday, August 2, where you can showcase your improvements and compete in a supportive environment alongside fellow fitness enthusiasts.

We will meet most Saturdays at 10:00AM from March 15th through May 3rd in preparation for the May 10th Seacoast Kettlebell Classic 2025. You will complete two additional weekly “homework” assignments on your own!

Learn the proper kettlebell sport mechanics, alignment, breathing and assistance exercises to make you a better lifter! We will clean up your form and teach you to clean, snatch, or jerk for the competition.

Maltz Challenge March 22nd!

 

 

Join us, in Dover or Portsmouth, on Saturday March 22nd from 8:00AM to 10:00AM for our 11th Annual DEA Maltz Challenge! This event is FREE and Open to the public.  This year we are honoring Captain Jack Casey, a USMC aviator, who died suddenly in a tragic accident during a training exercise.

WHAT: A Memorial Workout to Honor our fallen Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen who have been Killed In Action.
