Harmony Homes Wounded Warrior Project Workout April 15th!


We are partnering with Harmony Homes for their annual Wounded Warrior Project fundraiser!  Grab a buddy and jump into a killer workout from 8:00AM to 9:00AM on Saturday April 15th in Dover or Portsmouth for a chance to raise money for wounded Veterans.  There will be light refreshments and a raffle with prizes.

This event is FREE and open to the public.  All proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Intro to Kinstretch Workshop April 15th!


Join MB Gallagher of MB Muscle Therapy on April 15th from 10:00AM to 11:30AM for an Intro to Kinstretch workshop!  Kinstretch is a movement practice designed for everybody to train the function and mobility of their joints.  Using various stretch techniques in different base positions, Kinstretch helps you increase your range of motion, flexibility and stability no matter what level of movement ability you are currently at.  It also helps create awareness so that you can mitigate injury during activity.
