You will gain strength, build muscle and burn fat with these strength based workouts. Expect to play with your favorite tools that we rarely use in Team Training like landmines, heavy barbells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, steel clubs, hex bars, split squat stands, bands, GHD’s and more!
Classes will kick off on June 22 on Monday at 5:30PM, Tuesday 6:00AM, Wednesday 5:30 PM, and Thursday at 6:00AM, Friday at 6:00AM

Join us for this summer for volleyball strength and conditioning! This eight week camp is open exclusively to female high school volleyball athletes. We will train for power, speed and agility with a focus on core strength and shoulder stability! Your athletes will gain strength, build confidence, prevent injuries and be ready to crush it next year!
When: Monday’s and Wednesdays s at 2:00PM from June 29 through August 19th
Cost: $149—less than $10 a session!

Boxing is back! We are kicking off on June 15th and starting the schedule slowly as we rebuild. Join us on Monday’s at 6:00AM or Tuesday evening at 5:30PM for a killer heavy bag workout! Initially there will be no mitt work, but you will still get a killer heavy bag and core workout!
NOTE: You must bring your own gloves or purchase them as we are no longer able to rent them out due to COVID-19 restrictions.
