We have postponed this event to July 29th due to rain!  Tickets already purchased will be automatically enrolled for the 29th.  If you can’t make it, let us know.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Join Studio One Cycle and Seacoast Kettlebell on Saturday July 29thth at 9:00 AM at Henry Law Park for Bikes, Bells and Brunch!  You will get AWESOME swinging heavy kettlebells for 30 minutes, then hop onto a bike for a 30-minute cardio burn!  Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing cocktail and snack with your workout buddies!
