Bikes & Bells October 22nd!

 

Join Studio One Cycle and Seacoast Kettlebell on Saturday October 22 at 9:00 AM at Henry Law Park for Bikes, Bells and Brunch!  You will get AWESOME swinging heavy kettlebells for 30 minutes, then hop onto a bike for a 30-minute cardio burn!  Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing cocktail and snack with your workout buddies!
