MB is Back with a Kinstretch Series!

MB Gallagher of MB Muscle Therapy is back starting in May for a KinStretch series! Kinstretch is a movement practice designed for everybody to train the function and mobility of their joints. Using various stretch techniques in different base positions, Kinstretch helps you increase your range of motion, flexibility and stability no matter what level of movement ability you are currently at. It also helps create awareness so that you can mitigate injury during activity.
