Join us on November 5, 2022 at 8:00AM at Seacoast Kettlebell Dover or Seacoast Kettlebell Portsmouth for a killer charity work out!  You will have a blast, work up a sweat and raise money for Cross Roads House and My Friend’s Place!  All proceeds will go to support these two great local organizations.

This event is FREE and open to the public so bring a friend, your aunt, or even someone you hate and just want to watch sweat it out in our killer workout.
