Middle School Athletic Development Program

 

Enroll your child in our Middle School Athletic Development Program, tailored for young adults and teens who want to build strength and confidence. This program will instruct your middle school student on essential lifting techniques while emphasizing speed, agility, power, and strength enhancement. Our skilled coaches will create a supportive and engaging atmosphere to help your child unlock their athletic potential. Don’t miss this chance to empower your young athlete!

Ages: 10-13
Schedule: Every Tuesday at 3:15 to 4:00 PM from April 15th to May 13th
Location: Seacoast Kettlebell Dover
Cost: $149
