Bikes, Bells, and Brunch in the Park on July 23rd!!

 

 

Join Studio One Cycle and Seacoast Kettlebell on Saturday July 23rd at 9:00 AM at Hilton Park for Bikes, Bells and Brunch!  You will get AWESOME swinging heavy kettlebells for 30 minutes, then hop onto a bike with a water view for a 30-minute cardio burn!  Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing cocktail and snack with your workout buddies!

High School Volleyball Strength and Conditioning Camp!

 

Join us for this summer for volleyball strength and conditioning!  This four-week camp is open exclusively to female high school volleyball athletes.  We will train for power, speed and agility with a focus on core strength and shoulder stability!  Your athletes will gain strength, build confidence, prevent injuries and be ready to crush it next year!

Purpose: Raise funds to rescue pets!

Help us, help the pets!

We will be running a one hour charity workout to help all the NHSPCA!  This workout is FREE and open to the public.  So you can bring your friend, your Mom, or even your weird uncle.  There will be several ways to donate, if you chose.  First we will be selling t-shirts and tanks and all profits will go directly to charity.  Second, if you cannot attend, but still want to help out, there will be a donation box at the front desk!
