SKB Six Challenge Kicks Off January 22nd!

 

The SKB Six program is designed to help you build healthy workouts and nutritional habits!  In six weeks you will be looking, moving and feeling great! This program allows you to pick from several lifestyle goals that fits your needs.

We will focus on three major areas:

Strength, Fuel and Lifestyle!

This challenge includes a kickoff meeting, a tracker, calendar, two optional weigh ins, weekly tips, awesome recipes, and community support from all of the other crazies who take this challenge. You will get stronger, eat right and will have you feeling like a million bucks.
There will also be $250 cash prizes for the man or woman in Dover, and Portsmouth, with the greatest percentage of overall weight lost.
