Meet Jenny RD!
Jenn Gosselin, aka Jenny RD, is a University of New Hampshire graduate and has worked with clients as a Registered Dietitian for the past 9 years. She is one of the original SKB employees and is back baby! Jenn has helped many diverse groups of people meet their health-related goals while looking and feeling their best! Whether you wish to lose or gain weight, avoid or minimize medications or to improve your overall quality of life, she will provide you with the tools and support you need to be successful for life.
Jenn strongly believes in the importance of being able to maintain a well-balanced diet without feeling deprived of the foods you love. No fad dieting, cutting or counting calories with her! The best feedback she has received from clients is that they don’t feel like they are on a diet. They eat REAL food (even chocolate!), lose fat and feel STRONG. By encouraging healthier habits and combining a clean diet with exercise and rest, her clients get the results they want for the long-term, and you can too!

We were just informed that an asymptomatic COVID-19 positive person attended the following classes this week:
- Monday 6:00AM Team Training
- Tuesday 6:00 Strong
- Wednesday 6:00AM Team Training
The individual followed all of our safety protocols and is confident they did not come into close contact with anyone; however we will be closed for DEEP cleaning on Thursday 9/24/20 and Friday 9/24/20. We will reopen for normal hours on Saturday 9/26/20. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Introducing Strong Team Training
You asked for a strength focused Team Training option and we are delivering! Join us for heavy lifting and high fives. You will gain strength, build muscle and burn fat with these strength based workouts. Expect to play with your favorite tools that we rarely use in Team Training like landmines, heavy barbells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, steel clubs, hex bars, split squat stands, bands, GHD’s and more!
Classes will kick off on June 22 on Monday at 5:30PM, Tuesday 6:00AM, Wednesday 5:30 PM, and Thursday at 6:00AM, Friday at 6:00AM
