You’ve put in the work, now it’s time to see the results. Join us on November 8th for our second HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT), the perfect stepping stone for anyone ready to tackle a full HYROX race!

Who is this for? If you’ve been consistently attending and dominating our HYROX classes over the last few months, this challenging race simulation is for you.

The Challenge: You will run, lift, row, ski, and grind through a series of functional challenges. Test your fitness against the clock.

Sweat for a Cause: Join Our Charity Workout for Dana-Farber!

This isn’t just any workout; it’s a chance to directly support the incredible work of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through an inspiring initiative: Ali Sylvester’s Pan-Mass Challenge ride.

Why We’re Sweating for Dana-Farber: Ali’s Inspiring Story

 

We’re dedicating this workout to supporting Ali Sylvester, who will be embarking on an incredible 163-mile journey from Wellesley to Provincetown in the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) on August 2nd and 3rd. Every pedal stroke Ali takes, and every dollar raised, goes directly to Dana-Farber for life-saving cancer research and care.

This year, Ali rides with a deeply personal mission: to support her Uncle Larry, who was recently diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. As Ali shares, “Larry is one of the strongest, most hard-working people I know. He’s fiercely dedicated to his family, always willing to lend a hand, and can make you laugh until you cry.” Watching someone so full of life face this disease has been heartbreaking, but it’s also a powerful reminder of why continued funding and research are so vital. Pancreatic cancer is notoriously aggressive, and with your support, we can help provide patients like Uncle Larry with more time, more options, and more hope.

Ali also rides in loving memory of others close to her heart: her Uncle Joel, her Aunt Elaine, and their beloved friend John Campbell, who passed away last December after a two-year battle with cancer. Their memories fuel her determination for every mile of this challenge.

The PMC is unique because 100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to Dana-Farber. Ali’s goal is to raise an ambitious $7,500, and by joining our workout, you’re helping her get closer to that target.
