Holly’s Story!

 

 

Holly, a dedicated runner, decided to take her fitness journey to the next level by joining Seacoast Kettlebell. Her primary goal was to incorporate focused strength training into her routine, which she believed would not only enhance her running performance but also help prevent injuries that often come with the demands of long-distance running.

Since joining Seacoast Kettlebell, Holly has not only achieved new strength but has also built a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share her passion for fitness. The friendships she has formed have made workouts more enjoyable and motivating.

Today, Holly is stronger than ever, embracing her newfound strength with enthusiasm. She feels invigorated and empowered, ready to take on new challenges and push her limits further. The combination of running and strength training has transformed her physically and mentally, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling fitness journey.

Karen’s Story!

 

Before becoming a member of Seacoast Kettlebell, Karen struggled to maintain a consistent workout routine and often felt unmotivated. Holiday Food Drive Charity Workout November 23rd!

 

Dust off your canned goods, the good stuff too–not the refried beans, or old Spam—and get to this workout!  Bring your friends, enemies, or anyone who can donate to the Dover Police Department Holiday Food Basket Program!

 

Join us on Saturday November 23rd at 8:00AM for a Holiday Charity Workout!!!  All proceeds go directly to the Dover Police Department Holiday Food Basket Program.  Check out this article describing their program!

Time flies when you are having fun!

16 years ago, we were painting a small space on Third St in Dover and wondering if anyone would show up.  Now we’ve got two bumping gyms and have had a blast swinging kettlebells and helping people get into shape.

Charity Toy Drive Workout September 21st!

Join us for a charity toy drive workout on Saturday September 21st!  The Dover Fire Department lost their toys for the upcoming holiday charity season due to a flood.  We want to help out!  Some of our favorite members work for Dover Fire Department and help our community every day.

This workout is FREE and open to the public; however, we request that you bring a toy for a child ages newborn to 12, or a monetary donation.  All proceeds will go directly to the Dover Fire Department.

Introducing Technical Sparring

Been coming to boxing for months and ready to take your skills to the next level?  Want to see if you can slip, roll or block real punches?

Join us for our Technical Sparring class on Saturday June 29th at 7:30AM in Dover! You will learn to defend against actual punches and throw punches at your opponent in this technical sparring class.  You and your teammates will be working together to hone your offensive and defensive skills.  You will have a blast and become a better boxer.
