High School Volleyball Strength and Conditioning Camp!
Join us for this summer for volleyball strength and conditioning! This six week camp is open exclusively to female high school volleyball athletes. We will train for power, speed and agility with a focus on core strength and shoulder stability! Your athletes will gain strength, build confidence, prevent injuries and be ready to crush it next year!
When: Monday’s and Wednesdays s at 2:00PM from June 28 through August 4th
Cost: $149—less than $10 a session!
