Introducing Strong Team Training
You asked for a strength focused Team Training option and we are delivering! Join us for heavy lifting and high fives. You will gain strength, build muscle and burn fat with these strength based workouts. Expect to play with your favorite tools that we rarely use in Team Training like landmines, heavy barbells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, steel clubs, hex bars, split squat stands, bands, GHD’s and more!
Classes will kick off on June 22 on Monday at 5:30PM, Tuesday 6:00AM, Wednesday 5:30 PM, and Thursday at 6:00AM, Friday at 6:00AM
