Before becoming a member of Seacoast Kettlebell, Karen struggled to maintain a consistent workout routine and often felt unmotivated. Since joining, she has embraced the group atmosphere and has found some new friendships. Karen has not only gained strength, but has also successfully lowered her cholesterol, lost weight, and feels fantastic!
