Try this Plank Cocktail for a Strong Core!

 

 

Try this Plank Cocktail from Coach Kim!

Set a timer for :40 seconds.  You hold a plank for :40, then rest for :40, BUT during your rest period perform 10 x Bicycle Crunches per side.  Relax for the remaining time.

Do the following Planks for :40 each:

  • Regular
  • Spiderman
  • Superplank
  • Side
  • Side

Immediately do 10 Bicycle Crunches per side after each set of planks!  Rest for the remaining time.
