Coach Luke’s “Go To” Home Workout



“Go To” Workout Instructions

Set a timer for 30:00.  Do the following every 3:00:

Pull Ups x 3

Push Ups x 6

Air Squats x 9

Kettlebell Swings x 12

Row 250 meters or do any Cardio Machine for 1:00


Rest until the timer hits he next 3:00 block.  So if it takes you 2:05 to complete, rest the remaining :55.  Repeat ten rounds.  Feel free to scale the repetitions up or down as needed.  You should get approximately :45 to 1:00 rest between rounds.
