Grab a kettlebell and crush his 20 minute workout! Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00. Then do as many rounds of the following as possible in 20:00.
- Snatches x 5 per side
- Push Press x 10 per side
- Kettlebell Behind the Back Squat x 30
- Run 200m or do 1:00 on any piece of cardio equipment
