Stability Ball Leg Curl Description:
The Stability Ball Leg Curl is an excellent exercise for your hamstrings, glutes and core! The stability ball is unstable so you have to work harder to keep from falling off. This movement is excellent for runner’s and athletes. If you want to build super strong hamstrings and glutes, and prevent injuries, add this move to your routine!
Stability Ball Leg Curl Steps:
- Lay face up with your heels on the ground. Your arms can be out to your side, or up in the air if you want it more challenging,
- Lift your hips to the sky and hold this position.
- Pull your heels towards your glutes.
- Reverse the motion and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
*Note: If the two leg version is too easy, try doing this with a single leg on the stability ball.
