Single Kettlebell Circuit




Need a great full body workout that trains strength and conditioning?  Rock this single kettlebell circuit for killer conditioning and strength!   All you need is a timer, and a medium kettlebell. 

You will perform the following every 4:00 for 20:00


  • Dead Clean + Front Squat x 6 per side
  • Push Press x 12 per side
  • Around the Body Pass to a Hold x 6 per side
  • RS Swings x 24




Once you finish all the movements, rest for the remainder of the 4:00 time block.  You will complete five rounds in 20:00.
