Squash is loaded vitamin A, as well as significant amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins. Squash also contains magnesium, potassium, manganese, copper, phosphorous, calcium, and iron. Finally, squash is good source of carotenoids and other important anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds.
