Kettlebell Upper Body Workout Instructions
Grab a pair of medium kettlebells and crush this upper body workout! You will perform 10 repetitions of each exercise. Then 9 reps, 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Keep your form perfect as you cycle through the movements in circuit fashion.
