Double Kettlebell Strength Workout

Double Kettlebell Strength Workout with Coach Sara!



Grab a pair of heavy kettlebells and a timer!   You will do one kettlebell exercise per minute for 30 minutes.  If it takes you 30 seconds to complete the movement then rest for the remaining time.  Alternate exercises each minute.

Alternate between the Following Exercises:

  1. Double Kettlebell Long Cycle Clean and Press
  2. Double Kettlebell Front Squats
  3. Double Kettlebell Alternating Bent Over Rows
