Kettlebell Workout Lower Body Blast



Grab a couple of heavy kettlebells and crush this lower body workout!  Be ready for some sore legs!  You will perform all of the exercises in circuit fashion and descend from 10 repetitions, to nine, all of the way to one rep!



10 Reps to 1 Rep

Double Kettlebell Front Squat

1.5 Deadlift per leg

Split Squat per leg
