Try this Kettlebell Cardio Workout!




Grab a medium kettlebell and rock this cardio workout!  Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then perform the following in circuit fashion:


Burpees x12
Snatches 12/12
Push Press 12/12
One Arm Rows 12/12
Kettlebell Jump Squats x24



Rest 1:00 or 2:00 and repeat four times!
