Get AWESOME with this Five Minute Kettlebell Circuit

 

 

Kettlebell Circuit Instructions

 

 

 Grab a timer and a medium kettlebell and crush this workout!  You will perform 1:00 of each exercise and transition with out resting into the next movement.  Do as many repetitions as possible in each minute.  Rest 2:00 in between rounds and repeat three to five times.

 

 

 

 

Do the following exercises for 1:00 each:

  •  Russian Swings
  • Squat Thrusts
  • High Pull to a Goblet Squats
  • Push Up + Kettlebell Plank Drag
  • Pullover Sit Up
