Prior to joining Seacoast Kettlebell Nicole had tried other gyms and workout plans without much success.  She didn’t get the results she was looking for.  A few months later she has built muscle, has new found energy and is down 35 pounds!  Nicole encourages everyone to just walk in the door, throw Coach Sara a high five,  and get started!
