Weekend Warrior Instructions

No time for the gym this weekend?  Try this home workout instead!

Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then complete three rounds of the following in good form:

  • Run 800m or Use any Cardio Machine for 4:00
  • 40 x Bodyweight Squats
  • 30 x Push Ups (Beginners perform Knee Push Ups)
  • 20 x Shin Grab Sit Ups
  • 10 x Squat Thrusts
