Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00 before the workout!  Do three rounds, resting only as needed, in perfect form!

Push Ups x 10

Shin Grab Sit Ups x 20

Lunges x 15 per leg (30 total)

Body weight Squats x 40

Plank Hold x 1:00

Run 800m or 4:00 on any piece of Cardio Equipment!
