Weekend Warrior Home Workout Instructions

Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00.  Grab a timer.  Complete the following as many times as possible, with good form, in 12:00.  Rest 2:00 then perform round two!

Round 1 (12:00)

Bodyweight Squats x 12

Lunges x 12 per leg

Run 200m or 1:00 on any Cardio Equipment

 

Round 2 (12:00)

Push Ups x 12

Sing Grab Sit Ups x 12

Run 200m or 1:00 on any Cardio Equipment
