Weekend Warrior April 14, 2017

 

 

Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then set a timer for 20:00.  Do as many rounds of the following as possible in 20:00

Push Ups x 10

Shin Grab Sit Ups x 20

Lunges x 15 per leg

Squats x 40

Flutter Kicks x 50 per side

Run 400m or do 2:00 on any piece of Cardio Equipment
