Want to train like the ultimate Sith Lord?

Grab a steel mace and give in to the dark side!  Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then perform 10 reps of each exercise, then nine, eight, all of the way to one rep per exercise.

 

10 Reps to 1 Rep

Steel Mace 360 per side

Switch Lunges per leg

Rotating Rows per side
