Two to Six Kettlebell Workout

 

 

Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then grab a timer and a heavy kettlebell.  Set the timer for 20:00.  Do as many rounds of the following as possible in 20:00

 

1.5 Dead Cleans x 2 per side

Push Press x 3 per side

One Arm Rows x 4 per side

Split Squats x 5 per side

Plank Hold x 1:00
