Get AWESOME with this heavy double kettlebell complex!  Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then grab a pair of heavy kettlebells and perform the following with out putting the kettlebells down:

 

  1. Double Swings x 5
  2. Double Long Cycle Cleans x 4
  3. Double 1/2 Snatches x 3
  4. Double Push Press x 2
  5. Double Front Squats x 1

 

Rest for 1:00 to 2:00 and repeat five times!
