Try This 20 Minute Kettlebell Workout!

 

 

 

 

Grab a kettlebell and crush his 20 minute workout!  Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00.  Then do as many rounds of the following as possible in 20:00.

 

  • Snatches x 5 per side
  • Push Press x 10 per side
  • Kettlebell Behind the Back Squat x 30
  • Run 200m or do 1:00 on any piece of cardio equipment
