Introducing Small Group Personal Training!

 

 

We have had so many requests for additional dedicated strength training, that we have decided to launch our new Small Group Personal Training program!  You will get all the benefits of personal training while sharing the cost with a few buddies.  If you feel lost in Team training classes, need extra accountability, hate cardio and burpees, then our Small Group Personal Training is for you!

 

This program is specifically designed for people who want to:

  • Work on Form
  • Build Lean Muscle
  • Improve Strength
  • Move Better
  • Improve Their Athleticism

Each full body workout is designed to build both strength and lean muscle and will progress in an ongoing format.  At the end of each training block, you will test your strength and be stronger than ever.  Our initial schedule will be Monday Wednesday and Friday at 6:00 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:30 AM.  And Monday, Wednesday afternoons at 4:155 PM and 5:30PM!

SPACE IS LIMITED.  The first 20 people to sign up for this program lock in at a discounted rate of $189 for 5 visits per month, or $279 per month for two to three visits per week.  You also get unlimited Team Training and Boxing.  After that, the prices will increase.  Message us at skbintro@gmail.com to sign up!

Free Workout at Hilton Park June 11th!

 

 

Get AWESOME with us at Hilton Park on June 11th at 8:00AM!

You will run, sweat, laugh, and most likely cry, during this 50 minute killer workout session. Bring a friend or someone you hate—that you want watch sweat it out!  Both Seacoast Kettlebell Dover and Seacoast Kettlebell Portsmouth are welcome to participate.

High School Volleyball Strength and Conditioning Camp!

 

Join us for this summer for volleyball strength and conditioning!  This four-week camp is open exclusively to female high school volleyball athletes.  We will train for power, speed and agility with a focus on core strength and shoulder stability!  Your athletes will gain strength, build confidence, prevent injuries and be ready to crush it next year!

Introducing Sport Yoga!

 

Hey hey! I’m Jill Sims. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2014 and teaching yoga since 2018. I joined SKB about a year ago because I’m a bit hypermobile in a lot of joints, which was eventually leading to injury. I felt like I needed to build muscle, and since joining, I’ve found that yoga and the workouts at SKB compliment each other perfectly. I can’t wait to start teaching here!
This four week Sport Yoga block will be vinyasa based, meaning we will move through poses relatively quickly and match movement with breath. The class will focus on either a specific body part, action, or work towards a peak pose by incorporating elements of both strengthening and stretching. No two classes will ever be alike! Classes will be open to all levels, with modifications for both the beginner and the more experienced yogi.
Dates: Sundays October 18th, 25th, November 1st and 8th
Time: 10:00AM

Introducing Strong Team Training

 

 

You asked for a strength focused Team Training option and we are delivering!  Join us for heavy lifting and high fives.  You will gain strength, build muscle and burn fat with these strength based workouts.  Expect to play with your favorite tools that we rarely use in Team Training like landmines, heavy barbells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, steel clubs, hex bars, split squat stands, bands, GHD’s and more!

Classes will kick off on June 22 on Monday at 5:30PM, Tuesday 6:00AM, Wednesday 5:30 PM, and Thursday at 6:00AM, Friday at 6:00AM

Introducing SKB On Demand!

 

We are doing our best to balance reopening the gym with continued online live training for those of you not comfortable coming back to SKB yet. The schedule definitely isn’t perfect. That is why we created SKB On Demand!
 
Alex at Taphouse Media helped us put together hour long HD quality kettlebell and boxing workouts that you can play on your TV, phone or tablet! These blow away zoom for sound and picture quality.
 
We hope you can use SKB On Demand to workout with us at your convenience!

Boxing is Back on June 15th!

 

 

Who’s ready to HIT SHIT and GET FIT?

 

Boxing is back!  We are kicking off on June 15th and starting the schedule slowly as we rebuild.   Join us on Monday’s at 6:00AM or Tuesday evening at 5:30PM for a killer heavy bag workout!  Initially there will be no mitt work, but you will still get a killer heavy bag and core workout!
