Summer SKB Kids Program!
We Are building skb-STRONG Kids!!!
Enroll your child into the summer Seacoast Kettlebell Kids program!
Join us on Thursdays at 1:00PM from July 6th through July 27th.
They will build a foundation of fitness, learn to eat healthy and have a blast training in groups of up to 20 children. Classes will be taught by SKB Coach Andy Middaugh, SKB Coach and Dover Middle School Teacher Jessica Clark MEd and Christina McGarty MEd.

Play Based Fitness Thursdays at 1pm!!
For children ages 7-11! We will introduce fitness and fundamental movements in a playful, fun and creative manner! This training will promote healthy living and impart tools and skills that they will be able to carry with them for the rest of their lives.
The skills they will learn will not only impact their physical foundation and flexibility, but it will improve coordination, and boost their self-esteem as they move towards their adolescent years and jump-start their athletic careers. Movements that will be utilized will be exercises such as: running, climbing, jumping, catching, and throwing.
