Single Kettlebell Strength Workout Directions
Grab a heavy kettlebell and crush this workout! The first part is a kettlebell chain, meaning you do one repetition of three exercises consecutively. Repeat that five times. Then do the next two exercises, while resting only as needed. Once you finish rest for one minute. Repeat three to five times!
Dead Clean + Front Squat + Press x 5 per side
One Arm Row x 10 per side
Russian Kettlebell Swings x 30
Rest 1:00 and repeat three to five times!
