Loaded Dice Workout Instructions

Grab a pair of dice and a timer.  Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Set a timer for 20:00.  Roll two dice then do ten repetitions of each exercise.  See how many rolls you can get in 20:00.

 

1 – Burpees x 10

2 – Goblet Squats x 10

3 – Russian Swings x 10

4 – Push Press x 5 per side

5 – One Arm Rows x 5 per side

6 – Shin Grab Sit Ups x 10

So if you roll a “1” and a “3” you will perform ten Burpees and 10 Russian Swings.  Then you roll again.
