Seacoast Kettlebell Fitness Challenge!

Implement: One Kettlebell
Weight: Medium to Heavy
Directions: Alternate Heavy Russian Kettlebell Swings and Push Ups.
If you are advanced do clapping Push Ups, otherwise regress them to a place where you can perform them in perfect form!
Do 20 Russian swings, then 10 clapping Push Ups, 16 Russian Swings and 8 pushups…descending until you hit 4 Russian Swings and 2 Push Ups!
Keep your form beautiful! Try doing this after your normal workout or as a quick workout when you don’t have a lot of time.
