Double Kettlebell and Bodyweight Workout with Coach Lisa!
Try this double kettlebell and bodyweight workout with Coach Lisa! The workout is adapted from a CrossFit workout called the Chief. You will perform the following as many times as possible in three minutes:
Double Kettlebell Dead Cleans x 3
Push Ups x 6
Bodyweight Squats x 9
As soon as the 3:00 are up, immediately drop into a plank and hold for 1:00. Feel free to mix the planks up. Try to shoot for three to six times through the double kettlebell cleans, push ups and squats every 3:00.
Repeat the whole workout three to five times!
