Our coaches are EXPERTS at kettlebell and functional training! No one else in New Hampshire even comes close with kettlebells, but that doesn’t mean we don’t mix it up with Barbells, Sandbags, Indian Clubs, Battling ropes, and other toys! Our coaches are really qualified and always seeking to improve their skills with additional training. Each SKB Coach is certified to provide you with outstanding coaching in a small group environment.

What Does The SKB Culture Mean To You? I Love what SKB has become. I strive to foster a culture where collectively we encourage and empower each other to be the best version of ourselves. I can’t stand the trend in gyms where everyone is an “elitist” who is only trying to beat the other people in class with no regard for form, exercise selection or appropriateness, etc. Unless you are a pro athlete or Navy SEAL let’s stop throwing around the “elite-ness” and have some fun working out.
What Is Your Favorite Exercise? Snatches!!!!
Least Favorite Exercise? Squats suck.
What do you do when you are not coaching at the gym? Hanging out with my family & Lawn Maintenance.
Who Do You Look Up To? Why? My Dad has taught me so much and encouraged me every step of the way!!
Guilty Indulgence? I could eat pizza for 3 meals a day.
If you could be a superhero who would it be? Why? Wolverine. Having superfast healing, an adamantium skeleton and claws would be AMAZING!

What Does The SKB Culture Mean To You? Wow! The SKB culture has changed my life!! I love the comraderie, friendships, positive outlooks, caring and sharing community that SKB is and the Kick Ass workouts that have brought me to the best place mentally and physically in my life!!

What do you do when you are not coaching at the gym? Take care of my family, Run, read and practice Yoga when I have time, love to hang at the beach, Road races and OCR with friends and family, help my mom and dad and just hang out with my kids and husband :0)
Who Do You Look Up To? Why? My dad. For his calm, loving ways in which he raised his 4 children. I have never heard him speak ill of anyone in all my life and he brings the best out of everyone he meets. He was my biggest supporter through all my years of competing in track and cross country and helped me to find the confidence that I lacked through his coaching and constant support in my successes and my failures.
