AWESOME Full Body Kettlebell Workout!

 

 

 

Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  Grab a timer and medium kettlebell and crush this full body workout!  Set your timer for 3:00 intervals.  You will work 2:00, and rest 1:00 for 30:00.

 

Full Body Kettlebell Workout Instructions

Snatch x 5 per side

Front Squat x 5 per side

Push Press x 5 per side

Russian Swing x 10

Plank Hold until 2:00 mark.  Then rest 1:00.

Repeat every 3:00 for 30:00.
