300 Bodyweight Workout!

 

 

 

No equipment needed for this bodyweight workout!  Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00.  You will perform 50 repetitions of each exercise.  Do not switch exercise until you finish all 50 repetitions.  If you do not have a way to perform the Ring Rows, substitute and abdominal exercise for 50 reps.

 

300 Bodyweight Workout

Squat Thrusts x 50

Push Ups x 50

Lunges x 50 per leg

Ring Rows x 50

Squats x 50
